At OceanSportMY, we offer exclusive promotions, flash deals, and clearance prices — therefore, all purchases are generally considered final. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate or excess payments (e.g., accidental overpayment or double transaction)
• Out-of-stock items that were purchased and paid for but are no longer available

Please note:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.
• All refund cases are subject to review and approval by our management team.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds will generally not be issued for the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect selection of size, color, or quantity
• Accidental duplicate orders initiated by the customer

 

3. To Maintain Compliance

In line with Visa/Mastercard and local banking guidelines, OceanSportMY provides a limited refund policy as outlined above — strictly for exceptional cases such as overpayments or product unavailability.

We do not entertain refunds for issues such as:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or color selection
• Duplicate orders made by the buyer

All refund requests are subject to internal review, and we may require supporting documentation to process your request.

In accordance with Section 17(2) of the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia), for future service-based transactions, the following deductions may apply in the event of cancellation:

• A maximum of 5% of the full contract value as a cancellation fee
• The cost of any goods used or retained by the customer
• The value of services already rendered at the time of cancellation

OceanSportMY does not typically charge cancellation fees, but we reserve the right to apply up to 5% where applicable and in line with the law.

 

4. Exchange Policy (Strictly Limited)

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and packaging intact
• You contact us within 5 days of receiving the item

Exchanges are limited to:

• Wrong size sent by our team
• Manufacturing defect

⚠️ Important: All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval. Items that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected.

 

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during return transit.
• Please use a trackable courier and pack items securely in the original parcel box.

 

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for the following items:

• Sport bras
• Socks
• Clearance or sale items marked as “final sale”

This is due to hygiene and safety reasons.
